Happy Easter!!
We are a week late on updating but Mr. Hudson had a great first easter!! Saturday we started out the day with a little mini photo shoot so mommy could show off his cute bunny ears (thanks Grandma Jo!) and his adorable easter onsie! His onsie says "Mommy's little bunny" but he has always been daddy's little rabbit.
We then went out to Papa and Grandma Ganoe's house for an easter egg hunt. When we got there it was nap time for Mr. Hudson, while we waited on the others to show up.
The missionaries also came out and joined us! (As seen below) They hunted eggs, then decided to climb everything in site and take pictures for their poor mothers. (I mean as a mom I would be excited to send my son to a boring place like Burley, Idaho cause then there is no chance of anything bad happening to him. But as you can see even in boring Idaho, there is something dangerous that can be done!)
During the Easter egg hunt Hudson enjoyed his binkie, and being cuddled in his blanket. He also sported his shades with his Grandma! Though he HATED it. :) But the beauty of being a baby is mommys can still make them wear what mommy wants. :)
We always do family pictures after family events with the Grandma and Grandpa Ganoe. So everyone climbed the tree and some of us stayed on the ground around the base. Including Mr. Hudson and I.
After words the missionaries gave us a lesson on the true spirit of Easter. When asking questions the kids were expected to answer. With Eli, Ada, and Corrine we got some "What was the question again?" "I don't remember." or my favorite "I know! Oh wait I forgot!" Though I think Brighton-Boo had the best seat in the house! Under the table, using the family dog Sadie as something to lean against.
And of course Mr. Hudson man slept!
But woke up long enough to take a pitcure with Mommy before we went home.
Easter is finally here!! And Mommy had to go and get Hudson his first Easter basket. Inside was two teething toys, a book of family pictures for church, a little stuffed bunny and of course candy for Mommy and Daddy!
Then pictures for mommy. :) Even got Bella involved! She is highly amused as you can tell.
Bella had her eye on that bunny, luckily Hudson caught her!
By the end of the day Hudson was happy with his toys, in his mouth of course! (His current goal is to get his toys, fist, mommys hair, and anything he can grab into his mouth.) We had a wonderful dinner with the Dayley Clan too. I think it was a successful 1st Easter for the Hudson man!!
